I cannot scan the QR code.
Please focus well on the QR code and scan it. If it cannot be read well, please check the following points.
- Is the camera’s lens or the QR code dirty?
- Is it too dark or is the light being reflected?
- Please set the code and the device in parallel.
- Please scan it in the place as possible as bright.
- Are you too far from the QR code or are you too close and it is blurred?
- Is it showing 2 or more QR codes at the same time?
If you cannot read the QR code even after checking the above, please try restarting/reinstalling the "Device Activation" application.
If it is dirty and cannot be scanned, please request in the request form for a replacement.
