Please ask the Customer Owner with the contract for the application you are using for the address.
If the Customer Owner also does not know, please contact us through request form mentioning the name of the application being used, the Device ID(*), the name of the person with the contract, their phone number, and their address.
* Please input the half-width characters displayed by scanning the QR code attached on the device.
* Please refer to the FAQ [ I cannot scan the QR code ] for the notificatoins about reading QR code.
