I can't change my name from [ My profile ] from Customer Portal FAQ. How can I do for that?
When trying to change, the massage below shows up.
The Customer Portal FAQ uses the single sign-on (SSO*) feature and uses the sign-in information for the Customer Portal website.
Because of that, names, e-mail addresses, etc. can be edited on the Customer Portal.
- Sign in to amnimo.
- Click on your account from the icon [ ] on the right side.
- At My profile display, click on the icon [ ], the editable information changes to blue and they will be available to be changed.
* E-mail address can't be changed.
- The editing finished, click on the icon [ ] and it completed.
* SSO … single sign-on. A mechanism that authenticates with 1 ID and password and accesses multiple Web services and cloud services.
