At first, please check following status of your credit card.
- Is there no mistake in the credit card number or the expiration date?
- Is there no mistake in the credit card holder?
Please contact your credit card company if any of the following apply.
- Has the usage amount exceeded the credit card’s usage limit?
- Has the billed amount exceeded the one-time use limit?
- Is valid credit card registered?
If the above do not apply, please consult us through Request Form.
There is a possibility that credit card has expired or it has reached the usage limit.
If there is no issues with the credit card, because there is a possibility that an issue has occurred with the system, please contact us.
