The gateway activation fails.
If you cannot activate the gateway, please check that an environment like the following has been implemented.
- The gateway is powered on
- The communication status of the smartphone is good
- The correct amnimo QR code has been scanned
If there are no issues with the above, please carry out the activation again through the following procedure.
* If you try to activate before the use start date and you cannot activate, please try the following method.
Power off the gateway.
Launch the [ Device Activation ] application on the smartphone, and sign in.
Tap the [ QR Code ] icon, scan the QR code of the gateway, and tap the [ ✔ ] icon.
Power on the gateway.
Sign in to amnimo.
Check that the relevant device is "Activated" on [ My Applications and Devices ] > [ Device List ].
