I can’t sign in to the Customer Portal.
Resolution method
If you cannot sign in, there is a possibility that the registered e-mail address and password you entered do not match.
Please check the e-mail address and password again.
If you do not know the password, please reset the password on the [ Forgot Password ] link on the sign-in screen.
Also, if you have not registered, please register on the [ Member Registration ] link on the top page.
About error messages
It is possible to isolate what the cause is for the differences in the error messages.
- If the account, or if both the account and the password are different
- If the password is different
Password reset procedure

Click [ If you forgot Password ] on the sign-in screen.
- Enter the e-mail address from when you registered. After you have finished entering it, click [ Send Confirmation Code ].
- ※ An e-mail with the following kind of contents will be delivered.
- There is a 6-digit confirmation code mentioned in the email delivered, so enter it on the screen. After you are done entering it, click [ Confirm Code ].
- When the code is confirmed, you will see the following screen, so click [ Continue ] .
- You will see the new password input screen, so enter the one that you want and click [ Continue ] to complete.
- Sign in with new password.
