When does it come to getting started the service?
When will the devices such as the Gateway or the endpoint device be delivered?
We plan to deliver the hardware products such as the gateway to you by the day before starting to use.
( Collection and deliveries may be delay if there are some problems about bad weather or the traffic conditions. )
If some problems other than above happen, we will contact you separately.
When it comes to the start day, please work according to the following initial setup procedure.
* Please do not activate until the Subscription start email arrives on the day of use.
* The setup cannot be completed successfully if you activate before the service start date.
