In this page, we will explain the necessary operations for purchasing products.
Please proceed with the purchases according to the following procedure.
- Sign in to amnimo.
( If you do not have an account, create an account through the [ Account Creation Procedure ] page ).
- Click [ Solutions ] on the [ Shop ] menu.
- Select the service you want to purchase, and click [ Buy amnimo sense] on the lower right of the screen.
- Select your order details.
a) Select the country.
b) Check the endpoint device’s communication format and module, and select quantity from the menu.
c) If you wish to purchase optional items, select them here.

d) Check the Gateway device’s communication format and module, and select quantity from the menu.
e) Select the communication volume. ( It can only be selected for Vodafone at present )
It is possible to select from 100 MB to 1024 MB. *Data traffic chart is here
f) Select the number of users who will use the application.
g) Select the contract period.
※ It is possible to select from among 1 month, 6 months or 12 months
h) Click [ Calendar ] icon, and select the start date.
* You do not need to enter an end date.
- Click [ Current Estimate ].
Check if contract period, and payment method are correct, and click [ Next ].
One Time Price : The amount of the product to be purchased
Recurring Price : 1 month subscription
* One Time Price ＋ Recurring Price × Months ＝ Total Price
- Next, register the shipping address and payment method.
At this point, check the order details again.
- Check the invoice address. Click the [ pencil ] icon to edit if you want to change.
- Choose the shipping address.
a) Add a new address or add more addresses ：Click the [＋] and register an address.
b) Change the shipping address : Click the [ pencil ] icon to edit if there is a change.
c) As current ： Click the [ pencil ] icon to edit if there is a change.
- Select the payment method.
If a credit card has not been registered, click the [ ＋ ] button and register a credit card.
- Check the details registered, and [ Next ].
- Check the order summary carefully.
- Check agreement for the [License Agreement], and click [Proceed to Payment].
- The sign-in screen will be displayed again, so sign in.
- The credit card re-confirmation screen will be displayed, and - entering the security code in the field - click [ Verify And Purchase ].
- The payment completion screen will be displayed.
If you click the order history, you can check the history for orders placed previously.
Setting of group member
If there are already members in the group, you can configure the purchased applications for existing members so that they can use them.
- If your order is successfully completed, you will receive multiple emails as below.
a) You will receive an order email shortly after your order is complete.
Please confirm your order ID, subscription ID, start date, and hardware arrival date.
b) You will receive an email notifying you that your subscription is about to start on the day of launch. Set up the hardware you received the day before and start using it.
c) You will also receive a credit card payment notification when your usage start date is reached. (An invoice in PDF format will be attached.)
※ Please do not activate until the subscription start email arrives on the day of use.
If you activate before the service start date, the setup cannot be completed successfully.
