In this page, we will explain the necessary works for purchasing products.
Please proceed with the purchases according to the following procedure.
- Sign in to amnimo.
( If you do not have an account, create an account through the [ Account Registration Process ] page ).
- Click [ Solutions ] on the [ Shop ] menu.
- Select the service you want to purchase, and click [ Subscribe amnimo sense] on the lower right of the screen.
- Select your order details.
a) Select the country.
b) Confirm the details of the endpoint device and select the number of it.
c) If you want some optional items, you need to select here.

d) Confirm the details of the Gateway and select the number of it.
e) Select the communication plan. ( Only Vodafone is available at present. )
It's possible to select from 100 MB to 1024 MB.
f) Select the number of users who will use the application.
g) Select the contract period.
*It's possible to select from among 1 month, 6 months and 12 months.
h) Click on [ Calendar ] icon and select the start date.
*You don't need to specify the end date.
- Click on [ Current Estimate ].
Confirm the selected contract period and payment method, and click on [ Next ].

Recurring Charge : 1 month subscription
* One Time Charge ＋ Recurring Charge × Months ＝ Total Price
- On the [ Delivery and Payment ] screen, you need to register the shipping address and payment method.
- Check the Billing Address. Click on [ pencil ] icon to edit if you want to change.
- Choose the shipping address.
a) When you add a new address : Click on [＋] icon and register your address.
b) Change the shipping address : Click on [ pencil ] icon to edit if you need to change.
c) Use the saved one : Just click on it and select.
- Select the payment method.
If a credit card has not been registered, click on the [ ＋ ] button and register a credit card.
- Confirm the registered detail, and click on [ Next ].
- Check the order summary carefully.
- Check the [ License Agreement ] and click on [ Proceed to Payment ].
- The sign-in screen will be displayed again, so sign in.
- The credit card re-confirmation screen will be displayed.
Input the security code in the CVV field and click on [ Verify And Purchase ].
- The payment completion screen will be displayed.
If you click the order history, you can check the history for orders placed previously.
Setting of group member
If there are already members in the group, you can configure the purchased applications for existing members so that they can use them.
- If your order is successfully completed, you will receive multiple emails as below.
a) You will receive an order email shortly after your order is complete.
Please confirm your order ID, subscription ID, start date, and hardware arrival date.
b) You will receive an email notifying you that your subscription is about to start on the day of launch. Set up the hardware you received the day before and start using it.
c) You will also receive a credit card payment notification when your usage start date is reached. (An invoice in PDF format will be attached.)
※ Please do not activate until the subscription start email arrives on the day of use.
If you activate before the service start date, the setup cannot be completed successfully.
