Can I check if the LoRa communication is being done correctly ?

Customer Support will look into it, so please contact us through the Request Form mentioning the Device ID.
How to check the Device ID
- Checking through the Customer Portal.
- Click [ Device list ] in [ My app and devices ].
- Check the relevant device’s “ Device ID ”.
- Click [ Device list ] in [ My app and devices ].
- Checking by scanning the QR code
- Check the QR code pasted on the relevant device by scanning it.
- Check the QR code pasted on the relevant device by scanning it.
- If you cannot scan the QR code, please tell us the serial number for each device.
- For the endpoint device, the serial number is pasted in the place where the batteries were removed from.
- For the gateway, the serial number is pasted on the top and bottom of the Main Unit.
