I cannot use the Device Activation app.
Only an Application Manager can use the Device Activation application.
Please check if you are the application administrator or not according to the following way.
- If it turns out that you are not an application administrator, please ask other application administrators.
- If it's not the authorization problem, please try to re-install the application.
[ How to check the authorization ]
Please check if you can access the setting screen with the setting icon [ ] from the application screen.
If you can change the configuration of member's authorization, you are the application administrator.
- Sign in amnimo, click on the application name from [ My app and devices ].
- On the application screen, click on the setting icon [ ] from the sidebar.
If you can't jump to the setting page, you can't control the Device Activation application because you are just an application user.
- When the member configuration screen appears, you can confirm the authorization.
