Is it possible to change the registered e-mail address in case that it is no longer used?
In such case, you cannot the registered e-mail address. So you need to register a new e-mail address for continuing to using.
The registration steps differ depending on the account authorization and the condition of the member group administrator.
Please refer to following procedure.
In case that you are not a member group administrator, or there is another administrator.
- Please ask your member group administrator to remove the old e-mail address at the [ Member Management ].
- Then ask your member group administrator to invite you with your new e-mail address.
- You can be set as the member group administrator by another administrator as needed.
In case that you are member group administrator.
In case that you don't have another administrator and cannot be invited, please ask amnimo here.
