Please tell me how to check the information required when making an inquiry.
When you contact to the customer support, you may need to provide your information such as ID.
Please refer to following procedure to check them.
■ Group ID
- Sign in to amnimo, and click your group icon.
- Click on your group name, you can see it under your Group Name.
■ User ID
- Sign in to amnimo, and click your profile icon.
- Click on My Profile ( user name of email ), then your registered e-mail address appears. It's your User ID.
■ Serial code
Gateway : You can check it on the QR code sticker.
Endpoint Device : Remove the batteries and you can confirm it on the sticker.
■ Device ID
- Sign in to amnimo, and click on My app and devices button.
- You can see it in Device list.
■ Subscription ID
- Sign in to amnimo, and click on My Subscriptions button.
- Click on the corresponded application from My subscriptions.
- You can see it from the Subscription Details window.
