I have bound (*) the hardware to the device, but the status is not normal.

*: Binding is a process that links the hardware (Edge Gateway) displayed in the hardware list to the device added to the device list.
Check the following points.
Make sure that the hardware to be bound matches the gateway of the field.
Make sure that the power for the gateway has been turned on.
Make sure that the SIM has been activated.
Even after you made sure the above points, if the status has not become normal, it is thought that the gateway or the SIM failed or the communication is unstable, etc. Obtain the log directly from the gateway by CLI and send it to サポート.
Also, to log into Edge Gateway and directly obtain the log from it, refer to "9.8 システムログの管理をする" described in the エッジゲートウェイユーザーズマニュアル.
