amnimo will analyze the log. Please obtain the log by following the steps below and send it to Support.
From the DMS device list, select the target gateway and upload Syslog.
In the file menu, from [ devices ]-[ デバイス名 ]-[ syslog ], select the latest Syslog file and download it.
Please send the Syslog file you downloaded to Support.
