Answer
Of the terms used for explaining the commands described in the "CLI ユーザーズマニュアル" > "5.7 モバイル回線を設定する", this answer explains the meanings of those commonly used.
- Connection waiting time (attach-timeout)
This is the time until communication with the base station is established.
Call waiting time (attach-timeout + call-timeout)
"Connection waiting time (attach-timeout)" + "Outgoing call waiting time (call-timeout)" is generally referred to as "Call waiting time". - No communication detection time (idle timeout)
If the state of no communication continues for the specified period, the line will be disconnected.
The flow of packets will be monitored. If no packets are flowing during the no communication monitoring period, the line will be discontented.
- Maximum connection time (connection-timeout)
If the connected state continues during the specified period, the line will be disconnected. "Session retention time" = "Maximum connection time".
